How We Think

Working hard to develop a GREAT organization (a nod to all the Jim Collins fans out there) is our number one goal. Instead of building our company on a foundation of products and services, we believe it works best to build products and services on the foundation of a solid company.

Before coming to Citrrus, the members of our senior staff had the privilege of working at many different organizations, across a variety of industries. Each experience has taught us what things work well and what things should be avoided to keep our company running smoothly. We feel that a consulting company must conquer its own problems before it can effectively help others solve theirs.
