The members of Citrrus' leadership team have known each other for years. We've managed teams together at several companies prior to founding Citrrus and faced countless management challenges side by side.

Jason LaFollette
Founder, CEO

Jason is an experienced manager with keen insight into how businesses can leverage and integrate IT systems to improve ROI. Prior to Citrrus, Jason served as Vice President of Technology at Datran Media and managed projects for some of the world's largest brands.

Lenny Pham
Founder, Software Architect

Lenny has over 13 years of experience in software consulting and a proven track record in both technical and managerial pursuits. His previous software experience includes architecture, design, and development of large-scale applications on both the Java and .NET platforms. He has designed mission critical systems for large commercial and government organizations including: IBM, PG&E, U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development, U.S. Navy, and The College Board.

Erin Pfiffner
Partner, Creative Director

Erin is a highly creative business-minded team leader who is able to visually interpret complex messages into polished and inventive design solutions that shape and address goals and drive results. She is zealous and self-confident, with a commitment to human connections and product relevance. Prior to joining Citrrus, she was the Associate Creative Director at The Corporate Executive Board.

Ben McGinnis
Partner, Project Manager

Ben has had extensive direct interaction with customers to define, prioritize, and manage the delivery of custom software projects. Working for Datran Media, Ben was the lead product manager responsible for UI design and functional requirements definition for Datran's marketing optimization systems.

Matt Bowman
Partner, Director of Operations

Matt has a proven track record of delivering software of superb quality, while adhering to the most challenging requirements under demanding schedules. He has managed teams through the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, build and deployment, systems infrastructure planning, and production operations. Prior to Citrrus Matt served as the Director of Software Development at Datran Media & Chairman of the CTO committee.
